Do I get to review the photo strip design?

When it comes to capturing the perfect moment, we believe that you should find satisfaction with your photo strip design. That’s why we give our customers the opportunity to review and make tweaks to their personalized photo strips until they’re absolutely satisfied with the finished product.

I’m outside your service area. Can you still service us?

We proudly offer our services to a wide area in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. However, if the event venue extends beyond this range, custom quotes that consider additional fuel costs and necessary driving time can be provided. Our commitment to meeting all your needs means reliable, timely service, no matter the distance or job size!

What form of payments do you accept?

Our photo booth service accepts various payment methods for your convenience. Cash payments and credit and debit cards, Venmo, and cash app transactions are welcome. Unfortunately, however, we cannot accept personal checks for the time being. If you would like to pay with a check from a city or corporation, that is acceptable.

This is a last-minute booking. Can I book?

Can I pick the color backdrop?

Yes! Choosing the color backdrop for your event is easy – regardless of whether you decide to pick the color or let our installation technician decide. We carry several versatile backdrop colors, so you can rest assured that our convenient setup will match and enhance the overall look of your event decorations! You’ll be able to see how your venue decorations and chosen color backdrop work in tandem as soon as the technician arrives to set everything up – creating a stunning atmosphere that’s sure to be memorable.

What size event can you handle?

Our technicians have experience handling various events – from intimate gatherings of 50 guests to larger parties of up to 400 people. To ensure we can maximize the success of any event, please notify us prior if you anticipate more than 400 guests in attendance.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Canceling an event can be a difficult decision, but it’s essential to understand the potential implications for your wallet. In terms of when you choose to cancel, there can be a significant difference: canceling one or two months ahead will result in the loss of 100% of your retainer; canceling three or four months ahead will result in either 50% or 0% retainer loss, so early cancellation is always recommended if possible. Notifications should come from the client and contractor with clearly stated details and timelines so that both parties are on the same page in the future.

Can I change the date of the event after booking?

We understand that sometimes things come up, and you may need to adjust the date of your rental. In that case, we will happily accommodate you with a new date if one is available. However, suppose we are unable to accommodate this change with a new date. In that case, we will consider it a cancellation of your service agreement with us which may potentially result in a partial or total loss of your retainer. We hope that you can make any changes quickly so as not to incur any additional losses.

What are your areas of photo booth rental service?

We serve customers throughout most parts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island! In Massachusetts, our coverage spans from Worcester in the West to Wareham in the East, Lowell in the North and Fall River in the South (and everything inside that). Meanwhile, in Rhode Island, we service everywhere from Woonsocket up north down to Warwick in the south. We are proud to provide quality products and services across both states, ensuring your needs are met regardless of your location.

My event is outdoors. Are there any limitations?

Planning an outdoor event is a great way to celebrate any occasion in the warm summer sun, but customers should always be aware of certain limitations that can affect their photo booth experience. Adverse weather conditions such as rain or high winds will mean that the inflatable will not be installed outside, while the red carpet cannot be installed on grass or dirt. You will be limited to an open air booth. However our experienced photo booth team will strive to make your outdoor event as successful and enjoyable as possible while staying within the imposed limitations.

I have COVID-19 concerns.

Here at our organization, we are committed to the safety of our staff and clients. To ensure their health and well-being during these unprecedented times, all our employees receive the COVID-19 vaccine. We are pleased to announce that all our professionals have been fully vaccinated! This provides an extra layer of security for those we interact with at event venues and increases peace of mind for all parties involved.

Can I design the photo strip myself?

We allow customers to upload their very own custom-made photo strip designs. For vertical orientation, a high-quality jpeg or png file is required at the 2×6 dimensions. Our experienced technicians will then easily upload your design into our system, giving you the unique and personalized photo strip experience you’ve always wanted. Don’t be fearful of attempting to make it yourself – we will work with you every step of the way in creating a design worth remembering!

Can I pay my balance off before the event?

Planning an event is a big job; you deserve to take some of the pressure off. You can now pay your balance in full months before your event! We’ll provide a secure online link to quickly and conveniently pay your balance with any major credit card. Aiming to make it even easier, this payment option allows you to take care of your balance early so that money will be one less thing on your plate when the big day comes around. No more worrying about that final bill; now, with just a few clicks, you can feel confident knowing everything is taken care of.

I don’t want the inflatable I just want everything else.

If you’re short on space or would instead not use the inflatable enclosure, our open-air booth service can provide comparable photo booth results. We offer the same 4-5 hour plan without the inflatable surrounding your guests. The open-air option simply replaces a physical barrier with an aesthetic one for beautiful photos! Your guests can still expect to capture fantastic memories throughout the event and enjoy funny antics in front of the camera – props included!

How do I book you guys?

Booking with us is simple. Make your way to our booking page and follow the provided steps. Alternatively, you can request a contract through our contact form. This contract will be emailed to you immediately and can be read thoroughly before you decide. Signing the contract is easy, too, as it requires no physical paperwork – it can all be done online. Can I see the photo booth in person before booking?

We understand that people may be hesitant to book a photo booth without seeing it in person first. That’s why we have created a full-motion video of our photo booths on our website to give potential customers a chance to look closely at what they can expect from our service. However, we cannot display the photo booth outside of event sites before booking due to the nature of our setups and removal times. Rest assured that we strive to provide top-level photo booth service at your event!

How long does it take to install the photo booth?

Installing the photo booth can be done relatively quickly, at about an hour and a half, but we have to take into account the venue’s accessibility. If it has stairs or other obstacles that complicate the transport of our equipment, then the installation may take up to two hours. Our team is experienced in institutionalizing these services efficiently and within reasonable time frames, so you can be sure that our process will deliver an optimal experience for your special event.

How many technicians will be at the event?

At your special event, be it a wedding, birthday or work function, you can count on a reliable and experienced photo booth technician to make the event even more memorable. The one technician you’ll have attending is a professional that will set up the photo booth, operate it seamlessly throughout the night and take care of any minor malfunctions should they arise. With just one technician on hand, he’ll also be able to swiftly dismantle the booth once the occasion has finished – leaving no signs that it was ever there! With experience comes proficiency, so regardless of how large your gathering is you can rest assured that your event will be enhanced by our photo booths service. The technician will not be inside the venue during the event to reduce costs to you the Social photo booth package. The technician will still install and remove the photo booth. The technician will return to the venue to troubleshoot any issues.

Do you have a 360 photo booth?

Regretfully, we do not offer or own any 360 photo booths. We understand that many of our customers enjoy having this type of booth as it provides entertainment for people at events. However, we are still striving to provide the best service for our guests and can offer other forms of entertainment to create an unforgettable experience.
